POLYCLEAN: PELOSI’s new product range aims to offer customers high quality and more innovative solutions than traditional conveyor belts. These products improve longevity and minimize risks such as delamination of layers or fraying of edges compared to conventional fabric-lined conveyor belts.

CHARACTERISTICS

HANDLING

Easy installation of POLYCLEAN belts due to their elasticity.

Butt welds can be carried out with welding equipment directly by the user, ensuring no loss of quality in the surface structure, homogeneity and elasticity in the joint.

We can as well implement our belts with excellent welding and application of accessories such as sidewalls, cleats and V-guides.

 

POLYCLEAN TECHCLEAN

POLYCLEAN TECHCLEAN offers improved belt cleaning due to its wavy surface. This facilitates the removal of product residues, enabling better release and, above all, simplifying transfer to the next conveyor position.

 

UV-C RESISTANCE

To support regular cleaning and keep the number of bacteria on food contact surfaces under control, even during production hours, more and more machines and conveyors are being equipped with a UV-C disinfection device. The UV-C radiation emitted can attack unprotected synthetic materials such as conveyor belts. This results in brittleness and damage with discoloration of surfaces, compromising hygiene standards. Therefore, we can supply UV-C protected belts to ensure their longevity and food safety.

 

ANTISTATIC PROPERTIES

Some sensitive applications or process elements (such as measuring or control units) may be affected by the electrical charge that accumulates on conveyor belt surfaces. On request, our products can be supplemented with special additives to ensure antistatic discharge and smooth performance.
